PTA meetings occur monthly. Each meeting is either an Executive Board Meeting (board members only) or a General Association Meeting (open to the public). Executive Board Meetings for the 2024-25 school year will occur on the first Wednesday of the month in October, December, January and March.
General Association Meeting dates for the upcoming year are listed below. An agenda is posted prior to each meeting, and the minutes are posted once approved by vote at the subsequent meeting. Refer to the last year's agendas and minutes posted for each of the 2023-24 meeting dates listed below.
Attending a PTA General Association meeting is an easy way to learn about DSHS, our PTA, and how we all work together to support our students, teachers and staff. Once you have attended a meeting, you may be inspired to become a PTA member, volunteer your time to support DSHS and PTA programs, and/or donate to our direct donation campaign.
